1. Members have access to the GiveDirect form during the term of their membership,
from May 1 of each year to April 30 of the subsequent year, so long as they remain
members of Local Independent Charities of America and otherwise meet the requirements
herein. |

2. Notwithstanding paragraph one above, GiveDirect access is terminated
immediately if: |
|
|
a. The member fails to reapply to Local Independent
Charities of America by application deadline; or |
|
|
b. The member charity no longer supports the mission and
program of Local Independent Charities of America as detailed in Local Independent
Charities of America By-Laws; or |
|
|
c. When actions by staff or volunteer leadership of a
member charity cause financial damage to other member charities. |
|
3. This policy is in effect immediately and until modified, if at all,
by the Local Independent Charities of America Board of Directors. |
